Ms. Miller began working at Miller Scamardi & Carrabba in 2008. Her areas of practice focus on medical negligence, personal injury defense and administrative law.
Ms. Miller has extensive experience handling Administrative law matters regarding licensing board related issues and peer review matters. She is involved in the firm’s commercial and personal injury defense work, which includes premises and professional liability claims.
Following the receipt of her nursing degree from Texas Christian University, Ms. Miller worked as a clinical research nurse for Baylor College of Medicine in the departments of Pulmonary Medicine and Maternal Fetal Medicine, as well as a registered nurse in the Medical and Coronary Intensive Care Units of The Methodist Hospital. Ms. Miller applies the vast amount of knowledge and skill she acquired from her time in the medical field to her areas of practice, and has become an invaluable asset to MS&C.
